Q: Are these salad plates made in China or England?

I've got about 15 of the Salad plates bought over the past 5-15 years and they all say "Made in England." (These make great dinner plates too if you want a smaller area since nearly all of the plate is available for food).

Q: it says these plates are eligible for free international delivery, but when added to cart, a $25+ shipping fee is added, so why is that?

I don't t think their was a $25.00 fee added to mine that were shipped intenationally.

Q: Size of these plates?

According to the copy on amazon, the plates are 8.5" in diameter.

Q: Are these made in England or China?

Previously ordered (different times in 2018) dinner plates, salad plates, and cream pitcher and sugar bowl have all been stamped “made in England” . However, the salt and pepper shakers I ordered 12/2018 are stamped “made in China”.
