Love the price and the quality
Honestly loving this one, super clean, no fillers, and it actually works. I’ve been taking it consistently and the biggest things I’ve noticed are better energy, improved mood, and way less of that afternoon slump. It absorbs really well and doesn’t upset my stomach like others have in the past. If you’re someone who struggles with low energy, mood dips, or staying consistent with your wellness routine… Vitamin D makes a bigger difference than you think. This one is affordable, simple, and does what it’s supposed to do. 👍🏼 Would absolutely recommend.

Easy-to-take D3, clean capsule, consistent brand quality
Used fora few years now to support my routine. Capsules are small/easy to swallow, no odor or aftertaste, and the bottle is well-sealed. I like that the ingredients list is simple and the product feels consistent with Pure Encapsulations’ “no-frills” style. Could be better: price is higher than many D3 options; I wish the label provided more clarity on sourcing/testing. Bottom line: Solid pick if you want a straightforward D3 from a reputable supplement brand and don’t mind paying a bit more.

High-Quality & Effective!
Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 Review – I’ve been taking Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best vitamin D supplements I’ve tried. The quality, purity, and effectiveness make it stand out from other brands. High-Quality & Pure Ingredients One of the main reasons I chose this brand is its commitment to purity. It’s free from unnecessary additives, artificial fillers, and common allergens like gluten, dairy, and soy. This is especially important for those with sensitivities or who prefer a cleaner supplement. Effective & Easy to Absorb I noticed a real difference in my energy levels and overall well-being after consistently taking this supplement. Since it’s D3 (cholecalciferol), the most bioavailable form, my body absorbs it efficiently. My recent blood tests also showed a noticeable improvement in my vitamin D levels. Easy to Take The small, softgel capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any aftertaste or stomach discomfort, which can sometimes happen with other brands. Great for Immune & Bone Health With 5,000 IU per capsule, this supplement provides a great dose for supporting immune function, bone strength, and overall health—especially during the winter months when sun exposure is limited. Final Thoughts If you’re looking for a pure, high-quality, and effective vitamin D3 supplement, Pure Encapsulations is a fantastic choice. I trust this brand and highly recommend it to anyone looking to maintain optimal vitamin D levels. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Doc said I need D3. I picked this one from your product list. It’s to soon to tell but I’m usually pleased with this brand.

Cure for Eczema and huge reduction in back pain
As a person with the homozygous (VDR) vitamin D receptor gene defect, (which I discovered thru 23&me DNA analysis) I have really struggled to raise my vitamin d levels. people with gene mutation can only adsorb small amounts of vitamin D, I would have had to stay out in the sun constantly to raise my level and with being very fair and the risk of skin cancer, thats just not an option. This dosage is great to maintain my optimal levels, but I found I first had to take Pure's 10,000 iu for a week then drop down to 5,000 everyday. When I was first dx'd with a vitamin D deficiency (level of 20) I initially took only 2000iu/day, not enough and after 2 years my level had only reached 25. My husband also has this nasty gene mutation and is homozygous too, so he takes it as well and since we both have it our kids do too and initially I had my kids on a lower dosage (3000iu) for a few years. However my younger son (14yrs) has had eczema his whole life and it has been back and forth to the dermatologist to get expensive steroid creams. Well last year I read about the connection between vitamin D and eczema. I upped my son's vitamin D to 5,000/day and within a month ALL eczema had vanished from his skin. I honestly couldn't believe it, it was a miracle and such a simple healthy cure. Now I mostly keep him on 3-5000 everyday and monitor his skin. I would post pics, as I do have before and afters, but the before pic is really gross showing the skin behind his ears completely split open and bloody (too graphic I think), you can imagine. Back Pain: the higher initial dose 10,000/day for a week also has drastically reduced my back pain. As others have stated you def need vitamin K too and for kids I recomm Twin Labs vitamin K2 (90mcg) w/1000 D. They are chewable, tiny and taste good. Also be careful with higher doses of the Ks, both myself, my hubby and two kids took Innovix full spectrum K2 (has K4 and K7) and after a few weeks it started giving me and my older son nose bleeds which means it thinned our blood too much, stopped the innovix and no more nosebleeds. For simplicity we all take theTwin Labs K2/D. If your body can handle it, the higher dose is prob better tho. As far as calcium I get mine thru food items like broccoli and dairy etc. Not sure if its a coincidence but 3 months after beginning calcium supplements (400mg/day) I got early stage cataracts, bummer and then I read a lot of studies that stated calcium has long been known to play a role in cataract formation. I had already been taking the K2 while taking the calcium. Food for thought.
