They clean tartar off teeth very week! Made with real peanut butter! No rawhide. Completely digestable. My very pick chihuahua will only eat these for his teeth cleaning. Works great. Ordered a bunch! Highly recommend. Made with real ingredients. no chemical smell. My dog is very picky. So glad I found these. Excellent and safe treat for small dogs as well as large ones.

These are not a rawhide, but they last quite alot longer than reg. treats And the outer skin is chewy, So I assume itcleans the teeth abit, (we’ve gone to canned food) I was bummed to find out they have chicken in them, didn’t see it anywhere, until I got the package home. But since she’s only getting a third of a stick and She needs some kind of chew, ( it’s the only chew-ish snack non-rawhide, that I’ve found, without chicken in its first couple ingredients ) That satisfies her need to chew, that she will touch, Very picky. I cut them in thirds for my 17 pound Chihuahua, now that I know they have chicken in them. I will say she has never choked on these, like she did with rawhides, and she’s swallowed it, like she did with rawhides (even when I used to give her the whole stick) , I assume because she doesn’t just sit naw on it with her back molars, but I LOVE That I’m no longer trying to pull a rawhide from her, as she’s gagging!! Obviously I can’t say this wouldn’t choke a dog, my girls not a fast eater And very wary of food, unlike my other two would will eat a rock if you pulled it out of the cupboard lol

I had to stop with rawhide because my bulldog tries to swallow them whole and I'm afraid she'll choke. All of our dogs love these peanut butter things and, while they don't last forever, they last long enough to give me a little peace from the constant harassment for attention. ;-) They LOVE the flavor! Also, these don't stink like wet rawhide does - they smell vaguely like peanut butter and that's it.

They are a bit expensive but my dogs love them. They are natural. I get the peanut butter flavored sticks.

These used to be made in the US. The only reason I bring it up is that quality and uniformity were key at that time. Now, they are inconsistent and not necessarily rolled to the best advantage for the dogs. They still love them for the flavor and I will still buy them because they enjoy them.

Our 30-pound dog loves these so much he quivers when he sees me get the package. As noted by others, an enthusiastic dog can demolish one quickly, but I didn’t expect otherwise. A huge positive is that they don’t upset his system, even if he accidentally gets more than one a day. Our dog is pretty sensitive, with some chew treats causing problems even when he only gets one every few days, so I like these as they don’t do this. They smell like peanut butter, which is so much better than the revolting smell of some other chew treats such as pizzles. They also don’t stain carpets even when covered with dog slobber. And it seems like a fair price for the quantity and amount of joy it brings our dog.

We have two small dachshunds, and so these treats can be cut in half and will still provide a nice treat for the pups. There is no rawhide in them but the material of which they are made mimic it, and it's sure to be good for the dogs' teeth and gums. Lots of chewing required.
