They're ok for the price
My son likes them but you can tell a difference between these and more expensive ones like the Bear arrows. But, they'll do.

Works With Older Crossbows - Recommended
These Fiberglass Target Arrows are decent quality and work well with our older crossbow that takes regular arrows instead of bolts. The tips and fletching are about average quality and the shafts have withstood multiple shots without any sign of damage.I am pleased with these for the price and performance.Recommended!CFH

Can’t go wrong for the price.

Too heavy to work on youth bows.
and too short to work on adult bows either. They wobbled greatly out of a compound bow with 8-13 lb draw. The length just barely fit in the youth bow too. However, my kids didn't know that difference, and had a great time. not sure if any better ones exist.
