This is VERY impressive. I have only had it for one week, but I have not been taking pain pills every evening. Easy to understand, put the pads on either side of the pain and go. The touch screen was sluggish until I peeled off the protective layer. Changing icons works better if you turn the level to zero first. It works, it's cheap, it comes with starter pads and the little manual is written in english. It's a bargain but doesn't feel cheap. It can run two sets of pads at different settings at the same time. Buy the overpriced belt clip, it's worth it (will also fit iPhone clips). **Update** One month. My sciatica nerve has been tamed. One pad at the small of my back, one on my foot, setting #2. Fixed. Repeat every few days. My wife uses it on her shoulders, it also works on knee pain. The battery lasts for two weeks or more between charges. Everybody should have one in the house. **Update** A few years. This thing is STILL great. The battery life while waiting in your closet is phenomenal. When you need it, it is ready to go. I think I charge it twice a year. What a great product.

It’s small but mighty! It a stellar device, I use it on my shoulders my arms and wrists. It has an acupuncture setting that I use on my foot (just had surgery) and it’s helping with the discomfort and range of motion.

Very unknown but should be essential for every household is this product, feel do I. As just a layman, this product was beyond the perception of mine, and so it stands to reason this is true for many others. With Psoriatic Arthritis, chronic pain is a daily experience for me, yet using this unit has helped a great deal with pain managment. Whether with acupuncture, losing weight, muscle building, pain managment, and a few other services this tool can easily be used throughout the day as one works or plays other activities. The muscle building is primarily the mode used by me, for all of the reasons listed in the previous paragraph. As a newbie, or inexperienced user, other more may be used as more is learned by me. The tool really is that massive in utility for me. The box is missing one hard plastic feet-pad, for the feet I can stick to points on my body, even though the device has two 'ports from which to attach wires. So up to four feet can be affixed to the body of mine. Yet the box comes with only one, and the flimsy clear plastic that comes with the feet is all that is left for me to use. The exact nature of the hard solid plastic pads is a mystery to me. Thus it is difficult to find another custom remedy. Other pushed clear surfaces have been used by me but are far inferior to even the flimsy plastic that comes with the feet. This seems to be a very clear design oversight for the manufacturer, and thus only for our of five stars is given by me. If they fixed this issue, the review of mine will probably change. Part of why this product is amazing is because of the versatility it has in what help out provides and how easy it can be used while going about the daily routines of mine, think do I. The battery lasts for days, though two marks is the highest shock setting used by me. Any higher and the shock becomes painful. 1 mark for upper body, and 2 marks for hips and legs. At around 6'1" and 300 lbs., others with different charcuterie to their body may have experience different from mine. Such as someone who weighs less may want to just stick to one mark. Anyone who deals with chronic pain understands how difficult it is to manage on a daily basis. Some days are better, and others are worse, and there fails to be any real rhyme or reason to which is which, think do I. So having another way to deal with pain outside of prescribed drugs is wonderstrukk, feel do I. And my mother, who deals with chronic pain as well from Rheumatoid & Psoriatic Arthritis, agrees with me. For those choosing to share their time and Force by reading this review, grateful am I.
