I’m on maintenance now so I only take one in the morning with my multivitamin and my coffee. To lose weight you need at least 4 a day. At 68 yo that’s a little too much One in the morning gets me up out of the chair and moving around to get things done

I tried to find information on this new Metabolife before I bought it but there wasn't a whole lot about it. I can tell you my experience now that I have tried it. It is to control the portions you eat which is why you take it 30 min before a meal, as a result it caused me severe uncomfortable bloating. The original Metabolife provided energy and I was looking for something to assist with digestion and metabolizing my meals or something more like that. If you need help with portion control this may help, just take it slow until you experience the effects.
