Such an amazing conversation piece for your office!
After reading some reviews I was leery to buy this thinking it was a gimmick and wouldn't perform as described. Thankfully I take reviews with a grain of salt as I was extremely impressed with this product. I will start by confirming the negative reviews that it does not make a perfect sand dune scene every time you rotate it. You also have to nudge it a little by rotating it the direction that you want it to drop down to. Sometimes when you rotate it the sand will fall down in one chaotic scene and not make the pretty dunes. It can be a little top heavy so do not place this on a table that is not sturdy as it will probably fall over. These were the negative reviews that I think make this the most custom art piece you can ask for!The first day I had my boss and coworker mesmerized and had to tell them to get back to work and stop watching the sand fall as it is extremely peaceful to watch. If you want something that is soothing and is guaranteed to start and keep a conversation going then you want to own this piece. The packaging was robust and came perfectly intact and will be a staple of my office for when I have customers or suppliers over. Great purchase!

Exactly what I wanted!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this with some skepticism after seeing the bad reviews. Honestly if yours arrived intact and it’s “not working” then it’s probably YOU and not the sandscape! There are very specific instructions on the Amazon listing for how to get it to work properly. Unfortunately there are no instructions in the box for some reason. Here’s how to use it:1. The most important step! Let it sit for 10 MINUTES before you attempt to turn it upside down. This lets the tiny particles of sand and glitter to compact down and then it won’t just go gushing down when you flip it.2. After you let it settle, hold it so the glass is facing up. Perpendicular to the ground. Horizontal. You get what I mean.3. Now you can turn it vertically and set it in the stand. Some sand will fall quickly but the rest will fall more slowly.4. If it seems stuck, turn it just a little bit in the stand until it’s flowing again. You can manipulate it somewhat to where the sand goes.5. When it’s done, don’t forget to wait 10 min again before turning it over :-)The stand is not very sturdy compared to the weight of the actual item. It is a bit wider than the ring so be careful. I wouldn’t let a child play with it. It does not come with a syringe, and doesn’t say in the listing that it does (it just tells you how to use a syringe). I didn’t need one anyway.All in all, I am impressed with this mesmerizing object! If it breaks or leaks I will update this review.

Doesn't work
Way to much air and doesn't include an injector to adjust the air due to this it doesn't work and the sand just kind of sits there and doesn't move.

Got this for my wife and it didn't work as good as the video shows, it looks good but has way to many bubbles in it.

Super pretty to watch
The media could not be loaded. Happy with this product. I was skeptical after reading some reviews but I love mine. Only complaint is that it’s black, white, grey with a tiny bit of gold. The stock photo shows way different colours and I was hoping to get those colours. Either way, very pretty.

Nice product but doesn't form dunes
The media could not be loaded. Product is beautiful and sturdy however the main feature I liked of sand dunes being formed doesn't happen.. still not a bad buy. Definately elevates the look

Broken piece
The media could not be loaded. I have received this broken pieces which had water leaked from , didn't expect this much quality glass ,if you can see water drop let's and even paper has water soaked in it
