Soft hair, grays covered.
I have been using this product since the pandemic. Before I had paid $$$ at a salon. When I was forced to do my own color I tried Olia. It is easy to use and has no ammonia or peroxide. My hair is soft and shiny. It covers the gray and lasts 6-8 weeks. I shampoo once a week. I swim a few times a week, but only rinse my hair after. This helps retain the color. I now only color my hair myself. I appreciate getting Olia through Amazon, I rarely find my color at a store.

Gorgeous pink color
So I used this product for the 1st time today I have a little bit over shoulder length hair as you will see from the photos my hair is white So I did not have to use any bleach and this kit does not have bleach in it. It was just gentle on my hair it's soft and silky And the color is gorgeous! Exactly as pictured ! This is going on my again list!

Natural looking hair dye
I had previously dyed my hair brown, I have black hair , I was looking for something to cover the old dye and match my roots, this dye did that exactly and the conditioner left my hair shiny and soft.

Colors great at first then fades rapidly
I use Olia Medium Blonde every month since my grays grow in so fast now...I love the color of this Olia. Problem is it washes out in about a week. It turns to a much lighter blonde...still better than gray but I would prefer the medium blonde to stay that way. Anyone using Olia and has a bad color result...don't worry it'll wash out in a weeks time. I do like no ammonia and it doesn't smell as bad as others I've used...Oh well not many good choices for those of us who color their own hair. I went once to a salon and it was expensive as heck and didn't not work well so I've been DIY for many years.

a nice cool dark dark brown
This is a nice cool dark dark brown (the darkest). I’ve always had very dark, very thick, waist length hair. I’ve also always had a problem with red tones coming through then I color black or dark brown, so much that I’d have to mix in a little blue tint to cut it. This does the job nicely without having to add anything. I bought three boxes and *saturated* every bit of hair and then some. I saw some reviews that some people found it blotchy, but if you drench it, that shouldn’t be a problem. I haven’t used box dye in years but decided to give this one a try and I’m pleasantly surprised bc I’m very picky about my dark colors. It could be considered a soft or natural black. My hair isn’t coarse afterwards but I’m lucky to have very healthy hair no matter what I do to it. This photo is the end of my pony tail in lamp light, it looks more brown in sunlight of course but I really like it. I can’t speak to its longevity yet, as I only shampoo 1-2x a week, but we’ll see. I also noticed that the oily formula was easier to clean off when you get it all over you lol. It didn’t stain as quickly as professional dyes. But yeah, I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

Great color matching
Easy to use and color is what’s on the box. Price is right too!

Starts to wear off if you use hair gel like a week later
It looks nice when it’s first done about a week or more later if you use gel such as shine jam to do a ponytail the color slightly starts to come off on your hand. I used only an amount smaller than a dime to slick down my hair to make it neat since I have both way and curly shoulder length hair.

If you are having trouble with grey coverage this is your hair color
I have a big grey spot on the top of my head which I have had since high school so trust me I have tried almost all of the box dyes in the market. My main problem has always been the grey coverage as grey hair are stubborn and if you have dark hair just like me(brown black) it is almost impossible to have same shade of color in your normal and grey hair. For a long time I have been using this Indian brand called B blunt which worked well for me I would say giving me atleast 90-95% of grey coverage without damaging my hair. As it is hard to get your hands on it here in USA I started looking for a good hair colors which gives good grey coverage and do not damage my wavy hair but I was having a lot of trouble finding it. Almost all the box dye brands left my hair very dry, damaged and brittle with a very bad grey coverage even after adding gray magic solution to it. So I started looking for nourishing hair color and found the Garnier olia series. It is even better than the b blunt one which I was using in the past. The first time I used this color I was shocked to see I cannot tell which section of hair was earlier gray. It is amazing. Saying amazing is also and understatement. It also left my hair so shiny smooth and tangle free. It really feels like I did a hair spa treatment and not a hair color. You can look at the pictures. This spot is naturally 70% gray hair and now you cannot tell the difference and the SHINE. Garnier is doing an amazing work with this.Update: I had given this hair color 5 stars at first but I am taking a star away. 4 weeks after applying it the color has actually faded a lot and I can see my color fading from my grey hair. Even the red color from my previous hair color is peaking at places in my hair. Everything is good but not the color permanence. So if you want long lasting results better look for another hair color.
