These are slightly larger than standard U.S. elbows. They are ridged for holding sauces and dressings. They are fantastic for salads, mac & cheese, etc. They are my go-to product for every use at catering events. Yes, pasta made in Mexico.

There is nothing special about this Goya elbow pasta. It's the same as many other brands I have tried, which is a good thing. The aspect of this particular product that I like is that you receive 20 7-ounce bags. 7 ounces is the perfect size for 2 people in my family. I can open a bag and use it to make macaroni & cheese or another pasta dish for my 2 children. This keeps the rest of the pasta fresh until I have to use it since I only have to open one bag each time. So it's more convenient.

My kids absolutely love plain noodles without any sort of sauce. I really like that these are packaged in 7oz portions that say they’re about 3.5 servings. I’d say it would be perfect portions for 2 adults maybe. I made them up though and it fed all three of my toddlers with quite a bit left over. The instructions say 6-8 minutes cooking. I did 8 minutes and felt they were still on the al dente side so next time I will probably do 9 minutes. The flavor and texture is great though and even though my kids don’t like sauce, I’m excited to make some homemade Mac and cheese for myself! These are great noodles in an awesome bulk bundle that’s still portioned out to stay fresh. I would definitely recommend these noodles.

This is great pasta. We really like the smaller 7 ounce packages as they are the perfect size for our meals we make for two or three people.This is just decent quality pasta. It tastes good and gooks up well. At only about 75-cents a bag it is really affordable. The elbows and a can of pasta sauce is easily one of the least expensive meals you can make.We like using them for "homemade" macaroni and cheese made with sour cream and velveta cheese.Overall very happy with the "Goya Foods Coditos/Elbow Pasta, 7-Ounce (Pack of 20)".

These run about $0.75 per bag and I think that is a great deal! Would have received 5 stars from me but a couple of the bags came ripped and there were macaroni noodles all over the box and I had to throw them away. But you still get a lot. The macaronis are extra small but they cook up very nicely and tasted great in my macaroni salad. The brand is also very well known and the quality is amazing. The noodles don’t fall apart when you cook them and they don’t get mushy either. I really like Goya products. I would recommend them.

This is some good quality pasta.I personally like these smaller bags.Find that we waste less with them.Someone in this house that will remain nameless tends to cook for an army whenever he makes any kind of pasta. Drives me a bit on the crazy side.So now having these they are already the perfect amount for the recipes I am using them for.Good taste and just plain handy to have.
