Pretty neat little grip block
I love how well made this block is. I brought it to the gym for all my friends to try and we all agreed that it was a pretty cool little piece of equipment. I like that ot fits in my gym bag and its so easy to use. If you're looking to add something new to your routine then grab this block!

Serves their purpose. The bolt comes loose easier/more often than I would like

Exactly what it needs to be, but needs sanding
I wrapped the edges in athletic tape to avoid slivers, and if that proves too sticky I’ll take it off and sand it. As it is, it’s too prone to slivers without one or the other. That being said, I like having the space to adjust lower for heavier grips or higher for more difficult holds at the tips of the fingers.
