Are the polish colors true to the pictures?

Absolutely not! I was in love with the colors pictured but they are so different l’m convinced l received the wrong ones😡

Do you have to use a uv/led dryer lamp to use this polish?

Yes you need a lap. If you have pooling, it's possible that you are applying a thick layer My nails color last 3-4 weeks. I'm a grocery stocker, so I open boxes a lot, and I do have the top coat dull from the shine, but only have chipping if I applied too thick of a coat. That being said, if your layer is too thick, don't continue to use lamp it as it won't set, and will peel. Its a trial and error.
