The only nasal dilator that will fit inside my small nose!!! I'm a tiny woman and finding a nasal dialator that isn't a complete medieval torture device is a shock and awesome surprise. I loved strong nasal tape but it was starting to create small irritation wounds from wearing the tape too often. I was ready to give up and then I found these in size S. The silicone material is also way more flexible and softer compared to other ones I've tried which is really helpful for my internal structural issues that are still sensitive.

I’m so deeply bummed about this. I don’t snore but these seemed like the best solution for my nasal valve collapse issues - I’ve tried a lot of different brands of strips and dilators - mostly cheap but they all fall flat despite being somewhat effective. So I talked myself into investing into something pricier thinking it would do what the cheaper versions don’t. Unfortunately, these turned out to be the worst so far and yet also…the best. And it sucks. I have small nostrils/nose which is my first issue with other brands usually - they’re all just too big for my nasal passages. So I got the small, hoping I could wear them through the nights, maybe even during exercise and at work. I just want to breathe, man… So, the adjustable straps on the design are made of a harder plastic but that’s not *really* the issue - the placement of the dilator seems to hit the inside of my nostril in a specific spot that feels like it’s stabbing/cutting into the skin - the ridged plastic that makes the dilator adjustable being what’s causing the pain. I was convinced I had to be wearing it wrong because the first hour was WONDERFUL but ever since then, a sore has formed from the adjuster and it is extremely painful to wear. Any and all adjustments don’t help, I’m wearing it correctly - it just hits badly in my nostrils, I think. I don’t know. It’s just especially upsetting because they DO work - I CAN breathe so much better if I have it in. To the point that I’ve worn it two nights despite the sore in my nose - which yeah, made it worse. But I know it’s not truly worth the sacrifice for how badly that sore feels. I don’t know the solution to this but I feel bad giving it any lower rating because I feel like it’s doing its job - it just happens to also hurt me a lot. It’s also hard to put in and I think the small may still be too big for my nostrils? I wish I knew. Just wanted to pass this onto anyone who may have been interested whose issues match up to mine - mild nasal collapse, small nose/nostrils. You might want to keep looking 😓
