Expensive but decent amount of omega3
I was buying another brand but when I calcualted it I found that I would have had to have taken about 8 of them a day to get the RDA of omega 3 - with these tablets its closer to 2 tablets/day. So though expensive they are better value

Good but very large
Great dose of omega 3 and all certified sustainable, however very large capsules making them difficult to swallow. They have no taste or odour though.

Essential vitamins for heart and joint health. Always take them, they help with high cholesterol.

Two separate blister packs.
Although the item is well packaged, I do not like the fact that it is in blister packs due to the environmental impact. I also believed this to be a combined supplement and didn’t realise it was just duo pack. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste.
