Very user friendly
I was trying several models of wonder knitters and this one is by far the easiest to use. It is well made and because it turns it is ideal for a new user. I am excited about teaching my 6 year old niece to use it.. The instructions that come with it are in several languages and super easy to follow with illustrations. Great product!

My new favorite yarn toy!!
I crochet a lot. I got this just to try because I love Clover products. I hadn't ever tried looms before, I was surprised how easy it is and the instructions were absolutely idiot proof. I was so excited when I realized how amazing the cord was turning out that I used it for two hoodies and a poncho within only a few months. It makes the absolute best drawstring for crocheted garments ever!! I will be using this every single chance that I get. Next will be purse straps! I highly recommend it. It's definitely elevated my crochet game.❤️

Great for kids and adults, too!
I bought this for my 4 year old who has been begging me to teach her to knit. I knew she wasn't ready for needles and hoped this would be simple enough for her to do - and it is! I showed her how to loop it once and then she was going solo. She was pretty good after about 30 minutes and it's been keeping her busy for hours. She's using rainbow yarn, which works well because she can easily track her progress with the different color stripes which she finds rewarding. It's very well designed. I've used traditional spool knitters with crochet hooks and this is far better. The prongs have grooves to make getting the hook under the loop easier. The hook itself is comfortable and has just the right bend. While I still like to hold the yarn for proper tension, the holder works surprisingly well and gives learners one less thing to think about. The rotating prong hoops are similarly unnecessary but convenient. I'd recommend it for an experienced adult, too.Our prong hoops are pink and yellow, the hook is green, and the base is clear plastic with silver glitter. So not exactly like the photo, if you care.

Easy to use and make beautiful bracelets.
The 3101 knitting tool is easy to use, has larger holes, and a better hook than the 3100. They both work well and have different size tops for wrapping the yarn.

Clover Wonder Knitter
I had a wooden spool knitter when I was a child. This product was fun. However it lacked instruction on applying beads as indicated on the description. Makes a very nice braided chain and flowers. I found a blog that had wonderful adaptations for making flowers and animals. Would be good to get a little girl started on knitting creative easy projects. Goes fast and not that difficult once you get the hang of doing it.K

Fun. Easy knitting .
Love this product. Looking for an easy way to knit cords, I decided on this Clover Wonder Knitter. Following the instructions, I was knitting my cord in no time.I'm knitting with fuzzy acrylic yarn with no problems.I returned and ordered two more Clover Wonder Knitters, one to travel with; it's sturdy to carry in my craft bag, the other one remains in my studio, just-in-case.By the way, I had ordered the other knitter, Boyce, it's just ok. I appreciate the fact that Clover has a rotating disk that makes knitting easy, fast, and fun. Just as they advertise.

Good product, HORRIBLE instructions
First, my heartiest congratulations and deepest respect for those who were able to rate this product 4 or 5 stars. This shows their vast superiority over me, who found using it a frustrating struggle.Of course, part of the reason is that I couldn't make head or tails of the instructions for use. I find neither the text nor the pictures intelligible. The black and white photos are confusing and so small (1 1/8" wide and of similar height) that it's hard to figure out what is going on. The text for the starting and knitting parts of the process is just barely adequate, but with repeated trial and error, I was eventually able to work the yarn. It looks similar to the color photos on the packaging, so I didn't do too badly. I've only used the 3 hook unit; I foresee problems with the 6-hook since it doesn't attach firmly. Now comes the point of stopping and getting the yarn off the gadget without unraveling. Here things get interesting: "Place the tip of the needle under the string." String? What string? Sure enough, there appears to be some sort of butcher's twine in the tiny photo. But is it "string" or are we still talking in terms of "yarn?" String just doesn't make sense, but it sure does look like string....Luckily, I speak good Spanish and intermediate French. These skills serve me, primarily, to try to decipher instructions when the English translations from Japanese or Chinese are not adequate. (Does this complaint sound familiar?) In Spanish, they use "hilo" and in French they use "fil." Both these words mean "thread" or "yarn" so there is no additional "string" involved at all. But, if you were to follow the English captions and look at the illustrations, it certainly looks as if you're supposed to attach and pull on some sort of string. It seems to me that they could have, at least used color photos. Once you know how to do it, the illustrations make sense, but when you're struggling, the different shades of gray and lack of contrast only help to confuse. Also, the space allotted to each language amounts to a 6"x 8" rectangle. Into this tiny space, they cram all the text and 15 small illustrations. That is ridiculously stingy and inadequate. The webpage ([...]) does not provide further information but thanks to the kindness of strangers, very competent demonstrations are available in youtube. (Just search for clover wonder knitter and a whole bunch come up--actually one is from Clover.) Unfortunately, this didn't occur to me until after a couple of hours of total frustration. My mental gynastics to arrive at a rating of 3 stars is as follows: the product's ability to produce the product advertised rates a 5. The relative instability of the 6 hook attachment (which sits casually on the irremovable 3 hook unit) deducts 1 point from that; the fact that the company did not bother to provide adequate instructions with the product and required the user to research on her own deducts another point.

After buying the purple icord maker and unable to get it to work I absolutely love the clover. With two sets of pegs, so can make different thickness icord. It's so quick and easy to use I highly recommend it.
