Quality Product with Great Support
The dehumidifier has been working great. BlueDeeo was super responsive at sending a hose that was not in the box. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Blue deep dehumidifier
We purchased this unit for our crawl space in 2023. This unit has worked excellent keeping the humidity out. We live in Georgia so it gets tested good and does what it's suppose to.

So far, so good!
I was hesitant because this isn't a big name brand item, but after some researching, it comes quite well received on here so I thought I would give it a try.I was also hesitant initially because I couldn't find many reviews that talk about square footage. Our basement is around 2800 sq ft, (35x85), divided down the middle lengthwise, one side is rec room and other side is utility and storage.Right now I have it set up on a desk in the rec room, with the drain going into a tote so I can monitor how much water is being pulled out.As of right now, it's set to 50% Rh, and pulling around 5 gallons of water out of the air every 24 hours. It's been running for a week and half and hasn't slowed much yet. The humidity has dropped substantially though, from high 70's to low 50's in the rec room.I have a humidity sensor on both sides of the basement and the utility room side, while the dehumidifier isn't in there, is also seeing a substantial drop to low 60's so far. Also, the damp, musty smell has dissipated substantially. I'm pleased! For the future, I plan to ceiling mount this in the utility side with ductwork splitting and going to both sides of the basement.Hopefully this will last a long time as well!

PRODUCT DIED AFTER 3 MONTHS. THE TOUTED 5 YEAR WARRANTY DOESN'T EXIST!!!
I purchased a Bluedeep 145 pints dehumidifier on May 14, 2022 for the amount of $618.83 and with some peace of mind since the company offered a 5 year warranty. The dehumidifier was used in June, July and August of 2022 and then turned off. The filter and hose were cleaned. In June of this year as the humidity in my basement was going up I started the dehumidifier but no water was being collected. As a test I put a smaller dehumidifier close by and it started collecting water immediately. I contacted Bluedeep and got an email saying they were very sorry and they would no doubt replace the machine or send a refund. Then they asked a series of questions to which I replied promptly. Then silence for a while and then in the following email they sent me a link to a video on how to disassemble the machine! Also some photos of possible similar problems that I was supposed to check myself. The photos were not really photos but thumbnails so small that they were practically impossible to see. I replied that I had no qualms about sending the old machine back to them so they can do all the tests they need provided they cover shipping charges. After this they went silent. After another email exchange in which they suggest again I disassemble the machine myself following their youtube video I decided that’s enough. So not only there is no warranty at all but this product was defunct after three months of light use and the company now expects ME to perform repairs? They will be reported to the FTC, the state attorney general, and the New York Office of Consumer Protection.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SAVED THE DAY
I originally wrote a negative review because of a warranty complaint. It turns out that I misunderstood what customer service told me. In the end they stood by their warranty for which I am grateful. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Bluedeep

Works great in my basement
I have a very large finished basement, which felt constantly damp. I had a basic smaller scale, dehumidifier that I had to manually emptied daily, sometimes twice a day. The deep blue works great, keeps my basement dry. I have it set up in the corner in my laundry room on the counter with the automatic empty through my laundry room. It took a few days for me to figure out the right setting, but once I did, I don’t ever think about it anymore. It works fantastic!

Really happy with my experience.
I purchased the 145 pint dehumidifier last fall and was really impressed with how powerful it performed. I had a basement I finished and was having humidity and mold issues. I had been using a 30 pint dehumidifier. The Bluedeep made an impact immediately. I didn't use the dehumidifier over the winter and turned it on 2 weeks ago because the warmer weather, but the machine did not bring the humidity down. Im mildly handy, so I took the unit apart to look at the components and noticed an oily residue around the compressor and the coils were not getting cold enough to condense the moist air. I contacted customer service. And they had me take some pictures of the compressor and piping. We determined there was a leak in the copper pipe that caused the refrigerant leak out. I looked up how much it would cost to repair the issue and let the company know I expected it to cost around $350 dollars. But I'd rather have a new machine. Without hesitation they asked where to ship the new dehumidifier. I gave them my address and 4 days later it was on my doorstep. When it works it's a very powerful dehumidifier. And when its not working its nice to have a company that backs their product with great customer service.
