Comfortable , but feels light weight , check the weight before buying.

Nice, works nicely for home pole practise
It serves the purpose I got it for. The only thing that took awhile for me to figure out is how to put back the weights after I have removed them. I used a thin card like in the picture above to push the weights back on to the velcro strap.

It's most likely for wrist but I'm not saying that it can't be used on ankle/ user choice
It's inner design is poking my wrist cornerOver all its OK OK but I still think prize is higher then weight I got and its slipped away from wrist or ankle if user is currently sweat,even you spread your wrist harder you can with it on some point it's slipped awayAnd it had 1 hollow stip which logo curved on it's literally a rubberCompare to prize they are robbing us
