I have been taking this Collagen as a protein supplement for my workouts. It's great! I have had no problems with taste (it barely has any) or digestion. It mixes great as well. Very happy with this product!

Wow...all I can say is this stuff really works. I purchased this item as part of a health regimen (elimination diet for food intolerance). Research suggests that collagen can help heal the gut lining, so I began taking one scoop in a cup of warm filtered water with a splash of pomegranate juice (vitamin C is supposed to improve the digestion/utilization of the collagen). I do this in the AM, after rising, but at least 30 minutes before ANY additional food. I had also read that collagen is supposed to improve your skin...reduce signs of aging, etc... My digestive issues have definitely improved (not sure if this is mostly from eliminating offending foods?); however, I have had nearly a dozen unsolicited complements on my skin in the past 10 days (I am a 56 year old woman). Even my long-time hairdresser asked "What are you using on your skin?"! This is week 5 on the collagen, and I am quite certain that the skin improvement is stemming from the collagen. My skin looks plumped and dewy...even without makeup! I just ordered the super-sized canister and I plan to continue with my daily collagen drink. Three added bonuses...1.) the powder mixes easily with warm water and has NO taste whatsoever, 2.) each scoop has 10 grams of protein, & 3.) the collagen comes from grass-fed, pasture raised cattle! Win, win, win!!!

I would like to start off my review by saying that I have used the unflavored bone broth powder by this brand for months with no issue. I have gastritis and need protein, and it's one of the only protein powders that doesn't upset my stomach. It recently ran out of stock, so I ordered this as a temporary replacement to get me through until the bone broth powder was back in stock. It dissolves into water fine, however the smell and taste is horrible. I reached out to the customer service of the company directly and this is what they stated:"We would like to let you know that our Collagen Peptides have recently achieved USDA Organic certification!To obtain this prestigious certification, we've partnered with a new 100% grass-fed and rainforest-safe supplier that meets the rigorous standards set by the USDA Organic program.You may notice a slight difference in the texture or appearance of your collagen due to the change in sourcing and because it is also slightly less processed, unlike other collagen powders that are not organic.However, please be assured that the quality and efficacy of our product remain unchanged. Our Organic Grass-Fed Collagen is still fresh, non-rancid, and offers the same health benefits you've come to expect.We're committed to providing you with the highest quality products and believe that this USDA Organic certification further enhances the value of our Collagen Peptides."So it seems that the recent change that everyone is experiencing is due to a different formulation due to them getting a USDA organic certification. It's great that they have this, and it's one of the reasons I purchase this brand so often, but the smell and taste is something I really cannot get past. I tried on multiple occasions and in different ways, but no matter what it genuinely smells like a cow farm, and it tastes sour and rancid. It is very overpowering. I would recommend trying to find a different brand until they fix the formulation

This collagen dissolves easily into coffee and has no taste. It is also the only grass fed organic collagen I could find.

Organic grass fed collagen, I like it very much. Did not come with a scoop, so I do not know the serving size, so I wing it as I have tried many other collagen brands with the scoops provided. I see many reviews of complaints of strong odor and pungent taste,. I do not really notice much more smell - though some more than refined, filtered other brands. I like this pouch of collagen, I bought the smaller pouch to try it based on bad reviews of the odor & taste, but since it doesn't bother me, I will buy the larger pouch from now on. Good product & company, only one of 2 I have ever seen that provides USDA organic collagen, so nice work, hey company, provide a serving size by ml or oz, and you'd have 5 stars from me since you missed the scoop, which I don't mind, less waste.
