Clear, easy to follow, great for PNW
I love the charts that break down when to plant and harvest each crop. Also the month by month breakdown of what to do makes gardening feel so much more doable! Also love the recommended varieties for PNW

Bible to gardening in PNW
This is the best, most comprehensive and well organized book for gardening in the PNW, especially for the beginners. It tells you exactly what to do every month. In addition, the book has a great index of the veggies and more in depth explanation on how to grow them. I am buying one more (there is a coupon) so i can gift it. 10/10 for me

Great Garden Planner
I was excited to see how I can plan my garden time for the whole year. I’ve always enjoyed playing in the dirt and with the last grocery purchase think I now can do my part for me and my family. I’d love a chance to speak with this author- I would be like a sponge...lolThe book is Really Well organized by month and outlines the tasks that can be completed this month to help in the nearly year round harvest. It’s up to me now- I hope because of the lists not being so daunting as my “oh no I need to plant last month” that I will be able to stay the course. It’s mid January and I’m starting fresh- planning and preparing locations- some specific vegetable and some mixed landscaping. Fingers crossed- thx Lauren

Great book for beginners
Really love this book. I have a lot of experience gardening with my mom but I've never had my own outdoor space to do so until now. I love having all of this information in one book that I can easily access and that's organized by month to simplify it for my often overwhelmed brain. The one downside is that there are no actual tabs (I bought it knowing this but didn't think it would annoy me as much as it does)- for some reason they're printed on the cover. I would love to have actual tabs to easily flip to each month.I love that it lists particular varieties and quick rundowns on them.

So user friendly and helpful
This is hands down, the most useful and used gardening book that I own. It’s user friendly and tells you what to direct sow, start seeds inside, harvest or prepare to do soon, for each month. I wish it had tabs, but I used stick on tabs and it works great.

Great book for the PNW Farmer
I really like this book so far since most I've used before aren't super specific for our area of the PNW. Our area is unusual with our dry summer seasons and wet rest of the year. Also with the salt air and coastal climate, we face unique challenges with growing plants. I need to garden as many days of the year as I can to help feed my family and this book has already produced helpful information for me to improve my setup. Thumbs up. Its straight forward and to the point which I also appreciate.

Perfect book for beginners
I love this book. I am relatively new to gardening on the west coast. I grew up in the maritimes so adjusting to the growing seasons here was been a but challenging. This book is helping me so much.
