Product is cheap, heavy!
Usb is missing. And the fan is not working on the right side..Air is only coming from left.Its heavy and big, cheap product. I boight it for my 4 years daughter, hoping she will use it for school. But its so big on her neck.. WASTE OF MONEY,. WOULD LIKE TO RETURN BUT CAN'T FIND box.

Poor Quality & Build
The product is very poor quality and build. Makes noise at high speed. Rattling sound when you shake it and air flow is bad not much air. would not recommend.
