This is a really great product epecially for the price! I have two chihuahua mixes not only would they leave the back seat of the car a mess whenever we took them out, but they would also move around the whole car which makes it hard to drive. I was looking for a cover like this but I didn't want to spend a lot so I got this one and it is great, my back seat is no longer a mess and it keeps my chihuahuas contained. It is very waterproof too I accidentally spilled an open water bottle back there and none it got through to the seat and it was easy to clean up. It's easy to switch between cars and versatile because you can have it as a hammock or just a seat cover. I am giving this 4 stars because one of the buckles that holds on to the head rest did break after a few weeks, but I contacted coustomer services and they were really nice and replaced the item. My other issue is that there is no hole to clip the seatbelts when you use it as a seat cover, but there is a slit there which I think can be cut to make these holes but I have not tried to do that.

Excellent backseat cover! For pets or just regular protection. I'd consider it a smart buy if you have fabric seats. I bought it at first for the dog, but kept it on because I have fabric seats and it protects them when I'm shuffling gear or have groceries. Also there is a zipper in the center that allows me to hammock one side for the dog and drop the other side to cover the seat for another passenger. Love this thing! So does the dog!!

Works GREAT! The only thing I wished it would have had was installation directions. It only took a couple minutes to figure it out.

zipper broke, headrest buckles broke & very strong chemical smell (could be toxic) + no customer service at all -- not recommended!

I received the GOMA HoundHammock as promised. I was very pleased with the packaging. It came in a clear plastic case with snaps. When I opened that, I realized there is also a zippered black carrying case that matches the actual hammock. This comes in very handy for storing the hammock when I leave my dog-friend at home. As for the HoundHammock itself, it is very well constructed and attaches over the headrests in the back seat to keep my Golden Retriever secure. It is waterproof and saliva proof, which comes in very handy, since she drools a bit (well, actually a lot) while riding. I have an SUV and this cover can also be placed in the rear area as well. I would recommend this product to anyone that loves their dog and is looking for a very easy way to keep your car clean as well. She also sheds a bit but this is an easy clean.

This is a very useful product. I really like the elastic part that hooks around the seat to hold the corners in place! It also has a zipper for the seat belts to come through and so you can open a space between the two front seats for your dog to look through. The only thing i would change is that it isn't quite wide enough to cover my entire back seat from door to door, and it smelled really chemically. Other than that I am really happy with my purchase. Thank you!

We haven't used it yet, so I will update this review when we do. So far though it seems very sturdy and well made, and easy to use. Knocking off one star only because we wish it was just a little bit longer to cover our back seat. But, we have a pickup truck so I'd imagine it covers better in a car.
