Didn’t know what I was missing!
I’ve been using a calphalon wok for years, always thought it was great until the last couple of years, everything started sticking to it… that’s when I learned that the hard anodized cookware that is also non stick has a coating that eventually wears off, and shouldn’t be used at high temps. (So why did they make a wok that way? No no clue. Anyway, I saw this and liked the story about how they are made and decided to give it a shot. About half the price that I paid for the calohalon 20 + years ago.. so what did I have to lose? I also bought the two stainless tools and I can tell you, I’ve always made great Asian food, but now it’s a whole new game. Amazing! Love the wok and the tools. I use it weekly, have had it a couple of months now. Highly recommend!
