The pattern is subtle but stylish, and it looks cozy and inviting when draped over the couch. The surface texture is luxuriously soft,and it is a little stretchy as well as surprisingly heavy. It isn't bulky though, and the combination of weight and thinness make it wrap around your body like a hug. The first night I had it, I fell asleep on the couch with it and didn't wake up until morning. It's so warm and comfy!The colors are exactly as pictured, and the fringes on the corners add a unique touch. This would make an excellent gift for the reader or movie watcher in your life who likes something cozy to curl up with.

Feels like cashmere!! Absolutely beautiful and stretches perfectly around your body. Nice weight- not too heavy or too light. Totally in love with this throw.

I gave this as a gift, but I should've kept it. IT was so soft and luxurious I hated to give it away! I may jsut get another one for myself. Not sure how it washed, but I'm sure it will wash great.
