The ingredients are too good in this tablet. In today's world, heart attacks have become quite common and to avoid it, I think having one tablet every day after lunch is good. I have started using it recently and have realised that it is working well and I am happy that I have bought it. There is chemical smell and taste there are many artificial colours and ingredients which shouldn’t be added we buy because we thought it is completely natural disappointed by the chemicals ingredients added in the item otherwise it is a very good combination.
