The firm pillow I was looking for....
I love the firmness of this pillow - it really delivers and is quite firm. But it has some give so it does not cause neck strain. It took me two days to adjust. I does have a strong odor at first - just air it out for three days and the odor is gone. It is large and I believe requires a queen size pillow case.

Firm but cozy
I got this to help with neck issues I was having, and will probably end up buying another one as well. Not only did it help with my neck problems, but it also proved to be really comfy as additional padding for my shoulder. As a side-sleeper, I have dealt with intermittent shoulder and neck pain for years. After this worked well for my neck, I had the thought of trying to stack it with another pillow above and further toward the head of the bed. This way, my shoulder got additional padding, and my head still had a higher support. Although it worked very nicely for my shoulder, I am going to buy another one so that I can get both neck and shoulder support concurrently. I highly recommend this product. It is supportive, comfortable, and stays nice and cool throughout the night.

It's a firm pillow but!
Ok, I didn't follow directions, it says to let it sit for 3 days to allow it to firm up and the chemicals from factory to go away....I used it the first day because it firm up nice and I didn't smell anything to bad...(it comes rolled up and springs up after you take it out of packaging.. well that night at midnight I woke up with one h-ll of a headache and my chest hurt felt like I was having a heart attack! Almost went to ER, took 2 Aleve and stayed up for 30 minutes, kind'a went away...So today I washed pillow covers and put my old one back on and put this in another room to vent out for a couple of days...We'll see what happens when I try to use it again...will report back....and I'm not kidding, it felt like I was going to die!!!Update: Like I said above I did wake with a slight headache when i used it the third day. Nothing like the first day. After 4th day all good. Guess all I'm trying to say watch it with kids. Let it air out for at least 3 days. Maybe it was just me? idk

nice pillow but would like it to a little more firm, i will not return as i have udes it for a couple evenings

This pillow is not firm at all..Very disappointed with this product, I was truly looking 4 a firm memory foam pillow...

Awesome product!
That's amazing that I ordered on Monday, and it delivered on Tuesday! I tried this pillow yesterday, and I would say it's so comfortable for me. I had a good sleep. I will recommend this to you guys if you want to buy a memory pillow! Awesome product!
