use this to make 1 lb of burgers or sausage
This thing has a capacity of 1 lb of ground meat, so each burger is around 2.25 oz. Each patty would fit pretty well on an English muffin.I just made a pound of pork sausage (1 lb ground pork plus 1 Tablespoon of sausage mix (6 parts black pepper, 6 parts salt, 4 parts thyme, 3 parts ground ginger, 1 part cayenne pepper)), and it was a delight. Just filled the burger press with the meat and cooked it in the toaster oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.It's a keeper!

Great Burger in a Flash:)
We love to grill burgers & never buy the frozen patties. This is the perfect burger press! I have been using my tupperware press for 20 years. So happy to have finally upgraded! This makes it easy, easy to press out perfect burgers in no time. So easy to use & super easy to pop these hamburger patties onto the platter. I enjoy mixing up different flavors into my hamburgers. I can experiment with taste, press them into my Burger Press & within minutes, we are ready to go on the grill. So now we have Burger Night more often. I received my burger press a few days ago. It's the ultimate big and fat burger patty. OMG!! I love it. They are big and thick burgers. I like that you make 7 burgers at once rather than 1 at a time. Totally awesome. And it's durable and made from food grade silicone. Pure perfection!!!Freezer, frig and dishwasher safe. I'd recommend this to all. Thank you.
