EDGE Mobility Bands

When I bought these bands, I did so because they were cheaper than some more visible brands. My friend had some bands from Rogue and those were incomparably better than these. These are too thick, not stretchy enough, and don't have enough friction. When voodoo flossing, they come unwrapped all the time. I'm probably going to buy the name brand variety for more money, so these were essentially a waste of money. Shy away.

There's not a lot to say about a pair of rubber bands other than when used properly, will aid in the mobility of your joints. These are perfectly adequate for supporting joints while manipulating them. They do have a rubbery smell, but that's a minor point.

Looks very similar to Rogue Voodoo Floss but it's way thicker. I wanted to floss my shoulders, knees, hip and elbows. I think these bands are even thicker than the Red Voodoo Floss band. It's hard to even tie them at the end.If you are looking to floss joints like I wanted to, these bands are probably not for you. BUT you can use them for a whole host of other things. Another reason i bought these was the free shipping and the voodoo bands (which cost more) are currently sold out.I gave it 3 stars because I can do other mobility drills with them and they arrived in 4 days.

These are thicker and more rough than I was expecting, not as comfortable as the shiny thinner versions I have seen in books and videos.

I have been using the edge mobility bands with my patients and getting amazing results for over 1.5 years now. One of the best things about them is that they are not as wide as the rogue bands so you can wrap smaller joints like ankles, wrists, and elbows. They offer just the right amount of compression without feeling like your circulation is going to be cut off. My patients are doing much better thanks to them. Thanks for a great product.
