Extremely EZ install, solid construction
This was an extremely easy installation. I removed the old one and followed the very basic included instructions to install this valve. The whole process took me about 10 minutes max. The valve operation is smooth and the shape of the handle lets me get a grip on it even when my hands are wet. The one thing that I wish it did have is a place to hang the second shower head from, but I knew that when I bought it. It looks and feels like it's a solid brass housing.

This is a well made valve. It works smoothly & no leaks. Easy to install & all metal. Looks nice too.

Don't waste your time, it's a piece of garbage
I installed this valve and it worked for about 3 days before it started leaking. The body of the valve is constructed well but for one significant flaw, it has one section which is attached with reverse threading, you can't keep it tight to maintain a water seal.Horrible waste of money. If they had put a regular thread on this it would have worked well. So now I'm out the money because of a flawed design.Buyer beware. It looks pretty, but if you're not careful, you'll end up with significant expenses when it starts spraying water every except where you want it.

Do not add weight to this fitting
This is a good diverter for its intended purpose: a shower head and a wand. However I attempted to use this with an extension and a rain head, and the fitting started loosening and leaking around the pipe seal within a week. Look into something more substantial without pivot points if that's what you're trying to do.

No me funcionó.
Se ve muy bien, buen material, EL problema en mi caso, que no funcionó con boiler instantáneo.Adentro trae una esfera metálica con entrada y salida más reducida a las externas.
