Buy it if you can find it
I bought it in Russia not through Amazon, but I wanted to say it works miracles, better than any medicine prescribed (especially in US, unfortunately almost everything is cured with pills in US). If you want to invest in your health, don’t save money on a converter, just get it (might take a moment to find it but they sell them). Best thing I’ve ever tried with 2 types of arthritis.Good luck to all!

Incorrect product for the US power grid. Does not work.
This was a fraudulent product. The machine sent was designed for the 220v European electrical grid which operates at 50hz. The US electrical grid is 120v 60hz. Even though an ill fitting adapter was included to allow insertion into our sockets, as you can imagine, without an internal switch to change the frequency the electronics will not operate as designed. Order from the US distributor, Almagia and you will recieve the full warranty and support as designed.

That's right- this device doesn't work with any converter. Waste of money. Check before you buy- if it's European version it will not work even with transformer. For United States customers- make sure it's US version or 110 v device.
