Forno Bello Backyard Pizza Oven (Yellow)

I absolutely love this wood-fired oven. The stainless-steel stand was a challenge to put together and the instructions were not that helpful; however, I called the company and to my surprise, the owner (Scott) answered and was extremely helpful in explaining what to do. After speaking with him, I put the stand together without a problem. From that point on I have been consistently preparing amazing pizza. The key for me was to learn how to prepare the pizza dough, assemble the pizza, and get the oven temperature to around 600 degrees. This oven makes great pizzas! I have hosted family from New York City (the pizza capital of America) and their taste buds were impressed with the quality of the pizza. Most importantly, the owner and his staff are excellent in responding, which shows that they care about their customers. Additionally, the yellow oven looks amazing in my backyard – it is an asset.

Unit is poorly machined and did not assemble well. Oven does not hold temperature consistently and takes a long time to heat up. I was unable to make decent pizza with this oven

I bought this oven for my son and his family. It is amazing. Love the fact that it is well insulated, and not having to worry about the outside of the oven burning someone.Easy, easy to use. We enjoyed wonderful pizza, our first try!Delivery was easy. It is heavy to set up, find a friend to help; but well worth it! Beautiful oven.

We Love this oven, and so do our family and friends. Heats up quickly and cooks some great pizza really fast! Built well great quality easy to move around.

This is a great oven, especially for the price. I bought direct from backyardbrickovens.com and the shipping is free. If you compare this oven to others of this design you will find a lot of extras that you have to pay for as upgrades from other manufacturers.The door is not just 1 piece of stainless steel. It is double walled. The oven stack is also double walled. That means the outside will stay stainless and is cooler. Single walled stacks will turn black from the heat. Scot also includes a cover, pizza peel, stainless turning peel, wax and polishing cloth.The base is pretty heavy gauge stainless and very sturdy. We have moved it a round a lot on our patio. Another reviewer said it was difficult to assemble. That is wrong for the average person. You only assemble the base and it is extremely easy. Then just set the oven on it.As for maintaining oven temps, this is wood. You need to learn to maintain a constant temp. I make a couple of pizzas and then put the door on for a minute while I throw another one. As the fire burns add another log. If you really want to make sure you have a consistent temp, use a $15 laser temperature gun. Point it at the shelf and make sure it is between 650 to 750. At that range the pizzas cook in a couple of minutes and don't burn.Lastly, I have never experienced customer service like I have from Scot at backyardbrickovens. Simply amazing. That is all I can say.

Great Oven! It was easy to assembly, completed in less than an hour with help from my son. Oven heats up well, I was able to make great pizza's first time. Purchased it in spring and used it all summer long! Couldn't be happier with it.Made 7 the other night all excellent. Family enjoys making them and choosing the toppings. They really do cook in like 2 minutes. I researched these a lot before I bought and glad I made Forno Bello my choice. Plus having Scott there if I need him is priceless.
