Great value for the money and good protein

This product is so so good and yummy, and just the right amount of oatmeal inside the cup. I am a huge fan of these. The sugar content however is a little bit way too sweet. Texture awesome. Sturdiness awesome. I do not know if there is protein content inside of these I do not read the ingredients anyways.

I like that these come in their own bowls, are easy to make and tasty.
