The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air: Season 4

I haven’t had the chance to watch yet, but it just came in and I’ve opened it. It was worrisome that the box art it came in had a little tear, and the side looked used, which that’s just life (even if I don’t like that, being a collector). I checked the disc, and my disc 2 had a very small scratch, which happens, as well as disc 3 having some residue on the edge, which I cleaned off with ease. Not perfect, but far from the worst.

The DVD's of Fresh Prince I bought for my fiancé are perfect! They are in great shape!! Seem to be brand new. The packing was tight and the DVD's were still sealed. SUCH a great show! If your hesitation for buying these is worry over whether there in good condition, I hope to put your mind at rest. They were flawless.If, however, your hesitation is whether or not you want to try this show, I GUARANTEE that this is a must watch! I can't imagine that there is someone out there that has never seen this show, but I promise that it will become your favorite show. Not only is it family-friendly entertainment, but Fresh Prince has a great plot line and outstanding comedy.

Love this show. Loved it as a kid in the 90s and now I’m rewatching it with my 11 year old son. It’s harmless and funny. Good stuff

Every season to me is hysterical, A+ show. I will give every season an A+ lol. They're that funny and a classic forever. For all ages. This season is the introduction of the college years, Phil's weight problems, and the new Vivian played by Daphne Maxwell Reid. Just sucks that this season 4 DVD has French and Spanish subtitles only? English would be nice like on every other seasons DVD's. Strange.

Purchased this as a gift for my husband and we both enjoyed it. He already had the entire collection besides this one. We are now able to watch every single episode in order.

I thoroughly enjoyed  The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air: The Complete Fourth Season . I used one particular episode as a teaching tool for the group of young men that I work with. When I urged them to look at it from a critical point and not just for entertainment or enjoyment, they saw a message in the show that I believe the producers where trying to convey. This particular episode "Poppa's got a brand new excuse" helped me to instruct the young men in parenting. I have always been a fan of the show "Fresh Prince of Belair" and that is why I chose the complete fourth season.

A perfect formula for comedy writing. The fat jokes of Uncle Phil. The short jokes of Carlton. The dumb jokes of Hillary, The snooty spoiled jokes of Beverly Hills. The ghetto jokes of West Philly. Lots of though provoking social topics positively addressed along the way with all the laughs. Not to mention all the music, charm, and physical comedy of Will Smith. These still hold up to watch again and again with the new generation.

Of all the shows, I believe that "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" is the one with which I can most identify with, since I have surely seen every single episode at least a dozen times - and yet it STILL never gets tired! I cannot get sick of this show, and it's making me a bit disturbed! Just what is it that makes this show so continually appealing, even around seven years since its final episode? I'm not sure...it's certainly not just one element. Every part of this show is magic: the wonderful acting from all involved; the witty (and often painfully hysterical) one-liners and banter between characters; the hip, cool atmosphere; the music...it all perfectly fits into what has to be one of the most remarkable and well-made sitcoms of the '90s.I find myself shocked sometimes at the number of people who have totally forgotten about this show. Granted, it DID end in 1996, and obviously a lot has happened since then (most notably the skyrocketing music & film career of a certain lead star), but I mean, come on! This show is an undisputed classic! Who can forget the wild, crazy, and just plain amusing adventures we've had with Will Smith and the Banks family?There were times when I was just addicted to this show, I remember...it was a while back when the episodes were running in syndication every evening on TBS SuperStation...I can't believe how this show can always manage to crack me up. It's incredible. I've grown to love all these characters so much, and even now, I still wouldn't pass up an opportunity to watch yet another priceless rerun.I agree, though, that yes, a lot of the late, LATE episodes (around the second-last and final season) had their fair share of groans, and showed some glaring signs of tedium, but thankfully, the overwhelming positive qualities of the series tower over such minor flaws - including the mysterious re-casting of Aunt Vivian's role from Janet Hubert-Whitten to Daphne Maxwell Reid; the increasingly old-hat shtick of using the same stock footage whenever Jazz gets thrown out of the Banks residence for the umpteenth time; the cursed addition of a new cast member - little Nicky Banks (Ross Bagley), etc....It's not an entirely perfect show, certainly (but then - what show is?), and it has had its fair share of ups and downs in its moderately impressive run of six years. However, when all is said and done, in the end, this show can proudly stand on its own as a pop culture treasure. It has evolved from what seemed initially to be an awkward, cheesy, quaint little '80s/'90s Cosby rip-off to a mature, slick, and fabulously written/produced/directed program. Pure gold is what this show is.A truly underrated, and always entertaining, gem. "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" is one for the age

I am a HUGE fan of Will Smith & ALL his work but this show is 1 of my absolute favourites & b4 this through other commitments hardly saw it but now i watch it regularly & find it funnier everytime!! I love every series of it & struggle to pick which 1 to watch!!

people say will is the star but ive always felt that the whole cast made the show charm warmth humour and i loved all of the episodes even when phil had another annoying kid

This is a great series, have brought the 1st 3 and watched straight away so was looking forward to getting this, didn't disappoint. Came quick and well packaged. Quality if case and DVDs are good a,l with their Owen picture and listing of contents per disk. Buy it!!!!
