Exceeds expectations
I originally bought this for two reasons, one it was a black Friday deal so it was £59.99 and also I needed a tablet for my commute. Normally I have work emails to go through and also related project updates. I found a laptop to unwieldy for the bus and the smart phone screen too small. The usable screen size is larger than I thought and yet to my surprise and pleasure its actually small enough to fit in all my jacket pockets, superb. The screen resolution isn't much to shout home about and it is quite laggy, but for the price and its intended mission its more than adequate. I don't think it would win any honours as a gaming machine on account of its chipset. However, from merely being used for email its usage has expanded to movie watching and spotify. In addition, it has now replaced the phone for in car sat nav duties, with the phone relegated to providing the WIFI hot spot.I used to use the phone to cast my presentations, but because the tablet is small enough, to hold and large enough to read it allows me to flow easier through my presentations, and so I use it over the phone for all my power point presentationsUnlike a lot of "budget" tablets this comes with Android 11 and so the multi-tasking tiles make it easy to hop between tasks.Battery life is more than adequate as I charge it up once a day and so I don't have any "lack of power" anxieties. In summary the utilisation of this device has exceeded the original remit and the latest "new" task is I now use it to show my recent phone photos. Once again the phone being relegated to hotspot duties. So for its price it does all what's on the tin and then some.

Fantastic small tablet
Fantastic product 32gb storage with space for SD card real GPS finds satellites with no problem and good accuracy. No large bezel like some other 7 inch tablets makes this tablet truly pocket size keeping the same size of screen.Android 11 go is designed for tablets and is a lot quicker than my old major brand tablet. Received Android system update today ( my old tablet never got an android update once).I have not found any app that will not run on this and it plays videos smoothly with the VLC app and sound quality is good (remember to switch on Dolby sound) , oh and no bloat-ware or advertising.Bought one of these for the wife, liked it so much bought one for myself.I highly recommend this tablet to anyone that wants a 7 inch tablet.Would certainly buy again without hesitation.

Not brilliant - but excellent for the money
I bought this for private aircraft navigation using SkyDemon and discovered the screen isn’t bright enough in sunlight (to find out a screen’s brightness check its “nits”). So I use it as back up at home & for reading / listening to books, for which purpose it’s remarkably good considering its cost. Also it’s a useful size - mid way between a max smartphone and a mini IPad.

A far better alternative for kids to Amazons own 'Fire' tablets
Purchased for my 10-year-old, who had been running an Amazon Fire 'Kids' tablet for 3 years. The greatest 'pro' of the Amazon variant is the 2-year replacement policy 'whatever happens'.This is a basic tablet, you don't expect much for the price, however, it does perform adequately for the apps and games my 10 year old wants to play. It also has a great battery life, in excess of 8 hours. The massive advantage it has over an Amazon Fire is full access to the Google Play store, and not tied to Amazon's own store offering (I am aware it is technically possible to get Google Play store knife and forked on, but it isn't seamless).Given you setup a Google account correctly for your child, you can setup the tablet for them, with their account, and during the setup process it will ask for the parents credentials. This process then seamlessly installs 'Family Link' on the tablet, which offers me parental controls from my phone, or online.I can monitor and restrict apps in use, restrict total hours of use per day and set bedtimes. Further to this I can restrict specific Chrome and YouTube usage. The parental controls offered natively by Google are more than sufficient.Bottom line, the 10-year-old is happy, he can install and play with everything he wants to, and I'm happy knowing he can't install or view things I don't want him to!
