Helped filter out all the rust from the well when we filled our pool. Worked perfect

Works great filtering water from spring near my cabin to fill hot tub. I rinse filter out after 20 minutes or so. Have two filters. Switch between the two.

Great for filling my hot tub

I have to fill my pool and hot tub off of a well and the water contains sand, iron particles and rust from the well pipe. I attached the filter to the PVC tap I have at the pool and now when I have to add water because of loss due to evaporation etc., I no longer see sand in the pool bottom or other debris from the well. Will see how long it last, supposedly good for 4000 gallons,

Bought this on kind of a whim, but with local water company hydrant flushing stirring up stuff in the supply or spiders nesting the hose...whatever the reason, this filter caught a LOT more than I was expecting filling the hot tub. Large surface area meant it didn't restrict the flow much at all (GPM, pressure was reduced greatly as expected).

The filter works just fine it removes a lot of junk out so it doesn't get in the pool

We have a bit of iron oxide from our well but this helps keep the water clean when we need to add water to the pool.
