RiversEdge Products Balance Rocker Board, 11.75" X 11.5" Wood with Traction Strips

my wife paid money for this. I have a workshop. I could have made it myself in a few minutes with scrap wood. I can't believe people are buying these with money. Of course, that's no reflection on the product. I guess it works.

This does the job but is a bit pricey. Good for helping with balance and exercising the hips and back.

This is exactly what I was looking for... only drawback is I wish it was about 20"x20" Will have to be a little more careful using it because of limited space for the feet.

Compared to the balance boards I use during my physical therapy appointments, it is very unstable, which may be due to its size.

This balance board is great. I've used it to rehab my ankle after surgery and it works to stretch out my calf and strengthen my stabilizer muscles. The board I received was dented in at one of the corners which then caused the wood to start chipping at the edges, but RiversEdge responded to my concerns immediately and replaced it. Excellent customer service!!

Good quality, very sturdy. Only issue is the base up top is a little small, therefore making patient stand in a narrow base of support making it more challenging to stand.

It's too high and wobbly. I don't use it. I like the one at my gym much better and use that one regularly.

The strip on the bottom is so impossibly narrow, there is no way anyone could ever achieve balance on this. I purchased it as a follow up for therapy on my back, but you could actually hurt your back more by frantically twisting and turning to balance on this thing! I am returning it.
