I have bought these a couple of times. I really like how easy they are to use and effective. If you want to, bamboo can take a cleaning. Just make sure you thoroughly dry them. Otherwise, if you are using them as a disposable - bamboo is biodegradable and compostable. Win/Win. For the price they are easy, convenient and not plugging the landfills. I use these for all of my charcuterie spreads! They are perfect for picking at grazing tables and charcuterie boards. They are great for parties! The amount you get for the price is unbeatable. The size is big enough to grab slices of cheese, meat and fruit! They function just as a stainless utensil would.

These work well for our socials, but they are alittle stiff. If not careful they will snap into. For the price and the quantity they are not bad and I would purchase again. I would like them to be either more flexible or wider apart.

These are great for parties etc. They say disposable but they can actually be washed and reused; even in the dishwasher. Bamboo is very durable.
