...cliffhanger
Wow wee!! The emotions were high in this book. I could not put it down! You get vested in the characters and you canโt help but devour it!

Annabelle and Elliott part 2
CLIFFHANGER- As Elliott discovers more about Annabelle and they get closer, he tries to figure out what is true and what is not. She is determined to settle her debt to Mr. Grayson without Elliott's help, and he feels that she is keeping secrets. Will he turn away when the truth is revealed?Plenty of steam, almost overdone, plot okay, lots left unresolved. This one didn't rate as high because I'm waiting for the characters to show growth and mature.

losing me a bit
Nadia Lee is normally my favorite, but this one is losing me a bit. I hate the cliche of failure to communicate. If she would just tell the truth, everything would be ok. Iโm hoping for redemption in the next.

Book 2 โ The Story Continues
We picked up where will left in the 1st book. Annabelle and Elliot are continuing to navigate their relationship. Of course, just as they make some progress here comes all sorts of trouble. Without revealing too many spoilers, I will say readers get a better understanding of the characters and their backstory leading up to this point. Drama aside there were parts that I thought were funny and endearing. There were some parts that werenโt my personal favorite, but overall I enjoy the book. You have elements not only of romance, but mystery as well. If you are new to the series, you have time to catch up before the third book (Book 5 of the series) is released at the beginning of next year. I am waiting to see how the story will have wrapped up.

Four stars
As engrossing as this story is, I feel like I was shorted. I really don't like the fact the story ended again, I repeat again with a cliffhanger. Seems like the author is just drawing out the story for more money. Really disappointed...

Becoming ridiculous now.
I really loved book 1 of Annabelle and Elliots story. I really liked Elliot from Ryders books. In this second book, not 1 or 2 but 4 people come out the woodwork to stab Belle in the back. It's started to become repetitive and frustrating now. Then comes book 3 where we have the reverse but now I'm finding I'm skipping the sยฃ# scenes to hurry the story along. I'm disappointed as I really had high hopes after book1.It's a good series, it's well written, just on a personal note, I'm finding it all a bit dragged out now. I doubt I'll continue after book 3.

Great read
Loved this as much as the others. Nadia has a way of weaving words and drawing you into the story. Can't wait to read the last part.

Well this is what you get when a perfectly good author gets greedy and try to stretch and spin ...
This is the second part of the story of Elliot and Annabelle - part 2 of 3.Well this is what you get when a perfectly good author gets greedy and try to stretch and spin a story good enough for 1 book into 3.....Nadia Lee is fine spinner of tales with interesting stories to keep you interested and hooked till the end....but this series seems like she is unnecessary stretching the story to spin more into a good story and split them into 2 or even 3 books to get more and force the readers to buy more....Not my favorite strategy and the author seems to lose credibility....This story of 3 books has same info repeated over and over again that they get irritating and the author has managed not less than 30 sex scenes - well more than one book only of sex scenes......the story is ridiculously heavy on co-incidences and everyone is coming after the heroine all guns blazing.....jeez.....it is creepy!I liked to read her stories, but after this stunt ......may think a few times before buying any more..
