Matza balls are like dumplings for chicken soup
I have used this brand since my mother always used it, when I was a small girl. We always put them into our homemade chicken soup. Not for any special reason than that we loved it. Matza balls for us are best cooked in chicken broth and compliment it deliciously in our soup.
