Q: Last time I bought straws I ended up with the narrow ones that don't work well with thick smoothies. How about these? Can't find a diameter listed.

These are not smoothie straws, these are the narrow ones.

Q: Can i used this with cup 24 oz!?

I am not certain for 24 oz. . I used mine for 16oz. and it was perfect.

Q: What is the size of the opening of the straw? Is is more than .25 inch?

I measured as best I could and the size of this straw is ever so slightly under .25 inches. I need a smaller straw as I have a tendency to suck too much liquid and choke with a larger straw. Hope this helps.
