Good product but did not last long
This was a product that we liked so much but it started leaking on 11 day. Its expensive but worth trying. Hopefully manufacturer's will fix this defect and replace mine

Defective used product.
Product seems used as plating is damaged ,leakage of water has to close main water source. Hose pipe seems shorter ,can't strech to full use. Good to have replacement policy. Otherwise it would have been wastage of money.

Ok product
After 1+ year of usage there is a little dripping .. seems like an ok product . The product is good I got 2 for both bathrooms .however for 1 bathroom the inlet valve has bit bigger threads so this didn't fit . The other bathroom it fitted fine and looks elegant,light Weight to use .overall satisfied

this is the 3rd repeated purchase!. First I purchased this just for one washroom. After witnessing its performance and easiness to clean, I replaced all my old ones with this brand.

Don't go by the ratings - watch this video
In less than one month of conservative handling of this faucet, it has begun leaking from all around its nozzle. Conservative usage means that I keep the main supply to the jet switched off, and switch it back on only when it has to be used. Overall, a bad product. Don't waste your money in buying this and then buying another one after a month. Don't do what I did. Had someone written such an honest review earlier, I'd have been saved the trouble and the loss. But I hope that this review helps those who don't go just by the ratings, and read the story. Because brands can manipulate reviews and ratings by paying to those who put good reviews. Anyway, hope this short rant and true story helps you all. Signing off!

Looking beautiful in shinning still color
Easy to use and handle Z spray, durability is depending of handling because it's not stainless still. Yes it's light weighted.. Feels so nice to use.
