Aromatherapy candles and wax melts are not meant to fragrance your home. However Purist Aroma?s products do make the room smell as if you had the real plants that each essential oil came from. Aromatherapy uses essential oils to help modify a person?s mind, mood, cognitive function, or health. Even if essential oil scents are lighter than what you're used to, the properties of those essential oils are still affecting your mind and body in positive ways. We put a significant concentration of essential oils in our products and have not had any complaints about weak scents. Why Organic- The majority of candles are made from petroleum based wax called paraffin, chemical or synthetic fragrances, and wicks containing metals. Breathing in petroleum, chemicals, and metals has been shown to cause cancer, birth defects, headaches, and dizziness. 100% Organic products are made using No chemicals or toxins, and are harvested in a sustainable way that ensures resources are not depleted and can be enjoyed for generations to come. The first time you light your candle make sure to leave it lit at least long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container. This ensures the candle will burn evenly and not 'tunnel' during subsequent burns. Burn at least 2hrs at a time. A full melt pool releases the maximum amount of scent. Most of our candles will burn clean down and there will be No wax left, but if there is unmelted wax clinging to the side of your container you can Carefully and gently push it down into the melt pool of your candle.
