Faulty product
Dear potential buyer. I hope my review of this products is of aid to you. When it comes to this product sold by this supplier I can confirm that it is of poor quality. I purchased 3each of these ink ribbons for my Epson, and all threee delivered in their unopened sealed boxes were faulty (in dried up) . This supplier either has them stored under the wrong conditions, or has had this inventory on hand for a very long time and has since "expired" Buyers please be aware. and proceed accordingly. PS I reached out to this seller to resolve the issue initially..they directed me to the manufacturer, which in my opinion is unacceptable in 2024. Regards Honest Customer
