I have been in the market for a new knife for a while now and found this one to try and let me say, I am not disappointed one bit! This knife has a beautiful style on the blade and handle which is always nice. It is easy to hold and feels good when cutting through some harder veggies. I have been using this knife for a little over 2 weeks and it is my go to when chopping or cutting anything for dinner. Would definitely recommend!

Been using this knife for a week. It does a pretty good job slicing vegetables. Onions won’t stick to the knife when finely dicing them. Easy to control the thickness with the knife if you want to cut small vegetable cubes. It’s also sharp enough to slice tenderloin very thinly. All in all, a well-made chef knife that satisfies most tasks in a family kitchen setting.

Got this knife as a Christmas present from my uncle. Well, he gave me a gift card and I decided I wanted a knife. Anyways, I wanted something with cool looks and this one takes the cake! I love the blade! I don't know much about Damascus steel but I do have another one that I got off Esty and they look completely different, the steel. I think people are right in the other reviews that it isn't Damascus but either way it is still very nice! Handle is a bit big for small hands but it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would right out the box! Also it's not terrible sharp right out the box but it still has at least some "sharpness." Cool and perfect knife for someone who loves to be in the kitchen and definitely show off!

This knife worked very well while slicing vegetables and meats. It is sturdy and sharp enough to cut through steak, and sharp enough so not to damage tomatoes and hard boiled eggs when slicing. It comes in a gift box, with a sheath. Highly recommend!

Came very sharp, and still is. I like the handle shape and find it easy to grip. It looks amazing and I've had no issues with rust, I use food safe mineral oil after each use, since I'm not a frequent cook. Cuts a variety of things with ease.

I am amazed with the quality of the blade, I’m no knife expert but, this should be in both amateur and professional chef collection. I was worried at first due to the rating, and I’m happy I took that risk! Surely will not disappoint, premium knife for a reasonable price, would like more selection if they had any. I’ve owned many high quality knifes including vg-10 blades. I have never had a blade just snap in half on me, even with my cheapest knives. I was crushing some garlic and SNAP! I suddenly had a two piece santoku. The knife cut well, looked nice, and held an edge decently but i seriously question the quality and durability of this knife after it snapped in half. Real vg-10 damascus steel for under sixty bucks? Not happening. I reach out to the seller for warranty and no reply whatsoever. Buy at your own risk

The best chef knife that I have ever used! The grip is comfortable and takes very little pressure to cut through meat. The blade is razor sharp making clean cuts through meat. The knife itself is also very aesthetically pleasing. This knife far exceeded my expectations.

Definitely not sharpened at the angle it stated. Balance is off, edge retention is awful. Better bargain Japanese knives out there .
