What is the thickness of product after install?

Do you have to use primer?

Rv fiberglass roof with roof paint that is chalky (no gel coat), ~32 ft, what do i apply to get this to last? please outline product & process.

Could you use this on exterior walls as well and then paint over? I am converting a bus with leaking side panels. Seems like it could work.
