This product is amazing. I have been using it for quite some time now and can happily report that it has helped with both memory and mental clarity. I've been taking these for a few weeks now. After the first week I noticed less swings in my mood from highs to lows. Now here's the weird one and probably too much info. I read that ashwagandha can boost/regulate testosterone levels. It didn't click until last night, but I haven't felt the urge to masturbate since taking these. I think this is also helping my mental health as I'm not consistently draining my dopamine levels! If you're looking for something to help naturally boost your testosterone levels then I would recommend you give these a go! This is only an anecdotal report but there are studies out there.The only issue I've had is that the capsules are pretty big and can be difficult to swallow, I've actually gagged on them a couple times! I'm assuming they are that way because they provide such a high dose.

Capsules are easy to take and I believe that they helped improved my sleep! I didn't use them for a couple of weeks and my sleep got worse again. After reintroducing them again my sleep got better - so definite worth a try if your sleep is not the best! Also cannot fault the communication with the company, I am using few other supplements for them, and they are always very helpful with any queries I might have.

Very happy with the product. I’ve tried different brands ashwagandha and these are by far the best value for money and best quality. The tables don’t taste of anything and very easy to swallow. I always feel great when I take ashwagandha.

It’s hard to pin-point feeling better, but I defiantly do feel better, more balanced emotionally, less stressed and overall better when taking the ashwagandha. Most noticeable when i stop taking it! It’s easy to swallow, leaves no foul taste.

Llevo pocos días de uso pero puedo decir que ya noto los efectos. Lo que estoy notando principalmente es el efecto anti ansiedad y estrés. No te da sueño o te deja atentado, es un efecto en la confianza en uno mismo y en eliminación de la sensación de agobio, angustia o negatividad, realmente actúa en la disminución del cortisol. Otro efecto que noto bastante es en la concentración. Trabajo y estudio en la Universidad y puedo decir que mi capacidad de concentración ha mejorado e incluso aprendo más. Realmente es increíble que en pocos días note algo así.De momento no noto el tema de libido o mejora muscular aunque sí estoy más despierto, con algo más de energía pero es algo más suave que los otros efectos. Esta opinión es de pocos días. La actualizaré cuando pase más tiempo. Marca y producto de calidad.Edito........La primera semana y media me funcionó muy bien, desde entonces sus efectos se han ido diluyendo hasta el punto que su efecto reductor de cortisol ha desaparecido. Ya no me alivia la ansiedad, no entiendo porqué ya que estaba funcionando muy bien. En general noto menos efecto en concentración, resistencia... Es como si mi organismo la hubiera asimilado y ya no hace efecto.
