Damaged (broken top) in transit apparently due to poor packing by both the manufacturer and Amazon. Received a swift refund from Amazon. It looked like exactly what we wanted but we're leery of ordering another one.

It works fantastic. Would recommend anyone who is serving 20 or more guests to buy it.

Great airpot for catering
Love this airpot! The spigot is part of the lid so it doesn't get lost! Has a nice clean look.
