Just…not good.
I like my whiskey neat and my drinks strong and not overly sweet. I was going to use this as a strong flavored substitute for sipping. The gin alternative tastes like what I imagine diluted pine cleaner would taste like. That’s about all I can say about it. I haven’t tried it with tonic. The whiskey alternative has too much pepper in it. I like a spicy Bloody Mary, but this is just weird and not at all whiskey like.I really hoped for something I could drink.

Feels like the "real" thing and then becomes a taste of its won
I love evening G&Ts with my spouse but no longer want the alcohol. Monday Gin was an immediate success as a substitute - the tangy burn, the mouthfeel, etc were there. Eventually it became its own thing and I wish I could order a Monday and tonic at restaurants and bars.

"Gin"'s okay, "whiskey" is underwhelming
Monday Gin is mild and fruity in my experience. Doesn't make a good martini, from what I can tell, but it mixes well with tonic water and should work fine in contexts where the lack of discernable juniper notes isn't a big issue. Sours, collins, bucks/mules, etc, or even neat.Monday Whiskey strikes me as rather mediocre: all I could get out of the stuff was a huge note of maple syrup and a bit of chile pepper heat. The heat comes across in mixed drinks that would normally mute the burn of actual alcohol, and the maple tends to overwhelm other ingredients. Ought to go well in a Maple Leaf (whiskey sour with maple syrup instead of simple). Seemed to do okay in a lot of other things, as long as you don't mind the sneaking suspicion that it might go best with pancakes. Wouldn't bother with it neat, but okay in sours, Manhattans, and acceptable-under-the-circumstances in an Old Fashioned or Sazerac.

Great for having a "drink" while pregnant.
My pregnant friends and I did a taste test of the gin and whiskey yesterday. The gin tasted a lot like gin. We decided the gin tasted most like a mixed drink when mixed with the Aura Bora lavender cucumber seltzer water and tonic. It had more flavor than just tonic but wasn't overpowered like when mixed with cranberry juice. The whisky does not have the smoky flavor or burn of whisky. My friends who hate whisky, loved this version. The whisky has a strong caramel flavor. I thought it was ok. It was great mixed with fever trees spiced orange ginger ale. I'm thinking of trying it with eggnog next. Overall, they do the job but are a little pricey.

Tastes nothing like the real thing but good idea
I think if this was called something else it would be more palatable and less surprising. The gin is not gin-like but its flavorful. The whiskey tastes sort of like fountain cola syrup or rootbeer syrup, nothing like the real deal. They really just taste like cocktail mixers. Goes nice with a punchy ginger beer. If they make a v2 I will try!

Horrendous
The absolute worst thing I’ve ever put on my lips. The whiskey smells like maple syrup and tastes like the rear end of road kill. The gin smells like Christmas trees and tastes like cleaning solution.By the way this product is INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Do NOT buy. Absolutely the worst thing my friends and I have ever smelled/tasted. Don’t waste your money.

Save yourself
This was awful. It tastes like drain cleaner smells. I'm sure someone somewhere likes whatever flavor that was but I took one sip and dumped both bottles down the drain. If you want something that tastes even remotely close to your preferred alcohol DON'T get this.

Spicy!
Beware! Spicy aftertaste! It was amusing to try but they don’t come close to the flavor profile of actual alcohol. They are more like spicy, flavored water.
