I added this camera system to my sprinter van. You can't see out the back windows at all so backing up feels like driving blind. Installation was quite simple- because I was running the wire up and down and all around the sides of the van to avoid some of my attachment points, I did end up needing more wire. I contacted the sellers and they sent me additional wire at no cost with super quick shipping!I did not connect the red wire of the small camera to the back up lights- I prefer to have the rear camera on all the time while I drive so I didn't find this was necessary. It can be powered from the cigarette lighter along with the screen.One small issue I had is that the screen was too heavy for my rearview mirror. After the third time of it bringing down the mirror, I got a cell phone holder mounted to my dash and used that to secure the screen. It works great and in my van it is actually easier to see and adjust the screen on the dash than on the rearview mirror location.I love how easy it is to swipe between the different camera views, to pan up and down in order to adjust the viewing field, and to adjust the brightness for day/night. The quality of the images are great. I also love that this automatically records to the microSD card, and that it can keep recording even after I leave the van. It's so easy to use, reliable and convenient!After ~6 months of using this product I had an issue with the small back up camera (totally my fault) and the seller still offered to help fix it. Amazing service and a great product all around.

Easy to install, great picture quality and features, easy to set up and use. For what I paid, I would gladly buy it again. Dawn to dusk video quality is top notch. Low light (twilight) visibility is better than I expected--very good. Night vision quality is about as good as you're going to get on any vehicle camera system--if you're in a city with lots of street lighting, the video is quite good with decent contrast ratios; if you're in a very dark place, video quality becomes limited to light sources only. I installed this system on a 2014 Nissan Frontier, mounted the camera very close to the factory camera, and routed the camera cable, as much as possible, through the factory wiring loom.A couple things I feel could make this system even better:1. Another 2 to 6 feet of camera cable would be nice. I had to be very creative with routing and ended up with a less than ideal routing path. In the end, I had about 3 inches of slack in the cable.2. An option to adjust the amount of zoom in driving mode would be nice -- While I like the field of view provided by this system (it's exceptional), I would appreciate the ability to adjust my view to something more similar to what I actually see in my rearview mirrors.

First its good quality for video, can be adjusted from 1min to 3min loop recording. The settings are easy to navigate, when viewing you have 3 options to choose from: forward cam, rear cam, or split view of both. I haven't figured out how to get rid of the video but when its on ITS ON, meaning its not just a mirror anymore but both. You can see in one of my pics that the screen shows the front and you can see my phone taking a pic. Thats how you will see from now on the people behind you when you drive, your video and mirror combined as one. Until i figure it out ill leave this in my review. Next the installation is like any other camera where you hide the wire along your car. The ONLY problem is the power cord for the rear camera. It has to connect to the reverse light (white light) and i being a maintenance worker know how to install it no problem. But for an average person or elder or non maint. savvy person could be an issue. In my picture i was able to remove my positive (red) connection from reverse light without breaking the prong or plastic that keeps it in place, then wired the red camera wire to the prong, tape and reinstalled it. That part i recommend some help if you dont know how, so it works right for you. The touch screen works every time, all the data is stored on a Micro SD card i bought separately. If you want to save a file to your computer i think you have to remove the SD card because there is no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection to this camera. I dont need those functions becasue im not looking for accidents or want to be in one and if i am i can always view on mirror or remove card and save to my computer. Plus those apps take up space on my phone and i hardly use them, but thats just me. As for noght quality, once i drive at night i will update this review.

UPDATE: Within a day of reaching out to the company I heard back from them. They gave some instructions on resetting the screen and offered to send a replacement. THE NEXT DAY I received the replacement. This company goes above and beyond to support their customers and stand by their products. Refreshing!I installed this in my daughters car a little over a month ago. It was a pain, but I’m sure that is the case with all of these mirror screens. For the first several weeks everything was perfect. Unfortunately the video quality has dropped dramatically over the past few weeks. Especially at night. During the day or in bright light the quality is still pretty good, but at night there are now horizontal lines going through the entire screen which severely degrades the image. It looks like some type of video problem and makes the screen/mirror almost useless at night. So disappointing considering this took hours to install.

Worked great at first....some glare from the mirror but got use to it. Now after 10 months of use the front mirror stopped working. I contacted the seller months ago and was told to send all the proper paperwork and they would send a replacement unit. As of today, nothing from the seller. No replacement unit, no response, nada. Probably best to go with another brand unit and or get the extended warranty. This is a one shot item. Best of luck.
