After I sent in my review of the Arava Eye Cleaning pads I realized that in my haste I forgot to mention a few details which I think are very important!First, this product works beautifully and effortlessly with minimal discomfort to my little dog. It cleans the stains very well, dries fast and smells great. I am most certainly also ordering the regular body wipes for him, for his sometimes muddy paws and for his mouth, after meals.But most impressive was the way our package was sent to us, Not just thrown into a thin mailer, not caring if the fragile plastic box would hold up under the rough-handling of the shipping and arrive broken, but nicely inserted in a protective nailer with an extra insert for the box to fit into so it would not roll around and become crushed or broken in the process. That certainly was an extra kind touch you do not often expect any more in our busy life time. Many thanks to the seller and Amazon/Prime for being extra careful in making sure the ordered product arrived in excellent condition, to be used immediately, without the nuisance of having to complain and exchange. Product contains: Aqua. Propylene Glycol, Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Dehydroacetic acid, Benzyl alcohol, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Perfume (Green Tea, Cucumber)Chamomilla recutita extract, Citric acid, Dead Sea Salt, Aloe Barbadensis Extract (Aloe Vera), Vitamine E Acetate, D-panthenol (pro vitamin b5), Euphrasia officinalis Extract, Taraxacum officinale Extract. To answer complaints of dryness of wipes: Over time of use the container, just due to it's design, will probably allow evaporation of enough liquid to require the addition of some extra distilled water to use all of the wipes. This would not be the case if the wipes are used more often than I do with only one dog. This is a trade off with an easy to use container. These wipes soften the eye muck from the corner of my Yorkie's eyes enough to gently wipe them clean and the wipes don't sting the eyes (either mine or my dogs). From experience the customer service is over the top. These are people who care about dogs and dog owners and are not a large customer service center but rather real people who respond to questions. Who knows what all those ingredients are for, I'm not a chemist, but now review readers will know without having to buy and isn't that what a review is for? I will certainly buy this product again, and especially from this company.

I have a standard poodle, his eyes need cleaning every day, this product is exactly the right size, gentle on his eyes and gets the job done.

These wipes along with the bio tear stain cleaner have made a big difference in the tear stain under my dogs eyes. I clean with wipes. Then put tear stain cleaner on a cotton swab and wipe stained area. You can see the cotton swab changes color so it is cleaning stain. I used it about every other day at first and it has decreased the stain by more than half and lightened it. Now I cleaned it about twice a week or if I see more discharge. I have not used it around mouth. But if your dog has tear stains I recommend this set. It lasts a long time. There is 100 wipes so my first order lasted around 2 1/2 months. Figure maintenance use will last longer. If tear or mouth stains are worst then mine first order may not last as long, but once you have it lightened or gone it will last longer. I’ve used several other products but they only cleaned discharge from eyes not stain. I read a lot of reviews of people not satisfied. I like that it’s not that wet. I think you can control where it goes better. They are small, but I have a medium dog. One does both eyes. No waste. My dog sits calmly as I clean around her eyes. The stain was down from eye to just above mouth. The stain is now about a 1/4 inch from eye, don’t know if it will go away completely but she looks better.

I’m disappointed in these wipes. They are very thin, difficult to get out of the dispenser without ripping, and don’t hold up for ear wiping. IMHO not a good value - I do not recommend.

We have 2 Yorkies and a rough collie. Our yorkies constantly have hard eye boogies. They're really hard to wash out and it hurts to pull them out. We tried these on a whim (and desperation) and to our utter amazement, they work!! Something about them dissolves the build up. We'll sort of bunch the wipe up on top of it and hold it there for a second and it breaks all the mess up and we can wipe their eyes pretty easily afterwards. They aren't magic, obviously. But compared to a wash cloth, which was our other method besides a bath, these seem to really soften up everything and clean it right off. We've tried to get in the habit of just doing it every day. It's so much less painful and makes it so much easier to maintain. The regular wash cloth with water would only goo things up and you still had to pull and scrub. With these, just hold it on for a bit and work the mess out. My collie lets me wipe his eyes off too now. There really is something to these. I'll definitely order them again and I've recommended them to other yorkie owners since this is an extremely common issue with yorkies.
