Easier to mix with water, but tastes better with milk.

My husband is the one that drinks those. And he likes it. The taste is great and he uses it right after a work out. Sometimes he uses it as a meal supplement. He says it works really well and he’s able to digest it very well. But then again, he is able to digest a metal pipe. He has no issues with digestion. So if you a man who has no digestion issues and you’re looking for a great protein shake, I guess give it a try. Ladies, I do not know how this works for us as I have never tried it. If you’re a lady and use it all the time, please let me know.

Bought it based on price point but didn't check nutritional label. It's a bit higher in calories than I'd prefer. It'd be better suited to a bulking cycle of meal replacement. Flavor is good but intensely vanilla. It helped to tone down that flavor with cocoa powder, chili powder and cinnamon.

Love this product. Easy to mix in a hand shaker. Blends great with fruit, ice for a delicious smoothy.Great protein content.
