Best source of Trans-Resveratrol I have found to date
I have been purchasing and using Resveratrol, Trans-Resveratrol and raw Resveratrol products for several years and until now have never been confident in the products I was purchasing. This micronized Trans-Resveratrol powder by ProHealth Longevity is the best I have found available on Amazon to date. It appears to be the real deal and exactly as expected. The product is a consistent off-white powder that is like bitter brick dust if put directly in your mouth.Resveratrol is fat-soluble so should be mixed with yogurt or oil to obtain the best uptake. It comes packaged in a clear plastic bag inside a resealable foil overpack with spoon.I found the serving spoon to be appropriately sized for a 1g serving.Resveratrol is a powerful anti-oxidant with health and longevity promoting effect.Resveratrol is a delicate molecule. I store mine in a cool, dry location away from light.Studies show added benefit when Resveratrol is taken together with NMN. ProHealth Longevity also makes a NMN powder that appears best-in-class.

Best source of resveratrol
This product is the trans (active) form of resveratrol and is micronized. Some other products are not the trans form only. The thing with resveratrol is it needs to be combined with fat to be absorbed. There are a few brands that already come that way but they are more expensive. So you can just mix this with a little olive oil before you take it. I know most people take this as it's supposed to be a longevity supplement, but I actually take this for a rare condition I have so I can tell if it is working and this one works very well.

Believe it to be quality product
A previous reviewer said that the Resveratrol Powder she received wasn't white so she doubted its quality. Actually, if the powder is pure white then a filler probably has been added to it. The powder should be an off white color. I've purchased Resveratrol in pill form from other sellers that were dark brown when I opened the pill Not a good sign either, might as well try to return or throw them the h.... away. The powder I received from ProHealth was an off white to light brown, so I believe it was of good quality. I'm fairly certain Prohealth would accept a return if you received a bottle you deemed of dubious quality, as I have purchases numerous products from them in the past. Without lab testing the product, there's no way to be certain of any supplements quality, so you have to try and find a quality seller in the end. I think Prohealth is a quality seller, at this moment in time anyway.

Hard to consume
This product needs to be put into capsules. The powder is very sticky, the bag is too tall and you will get the powder all over your knuckles. You have to add it to something high in fat. I mix it with avocado or peanut butter. Unless you are going to use a rubber spatula you will waste a lot of the product because you can’t get it out of the bowl. I think the product has a lot of promise, but getting it in this form makes it hard to consume. I recommend a short tub with a screw on lid with a mixing bowl. Nothing bad to say about the product itself, it is just time consuming to take.

Don't inhale if putting in mouth unmixed with anything!
I wish the packaging was different. It's a bit of a pain to use that short little measuring scoop in that big deep bag. You get the product on your hands and it sticks like no tomorrow! I have to lick/suck it off my fingers. it would be better if the bag wasn't as deep (it's only filled about 1/2 way with product) or in a flat wide container.

I had high hopes
This is the first time buying this brand and, Resveratrol itself from Amazon. I've taken Resveratrol in the past and surely did not expect any kind of reaction, however I did from this brand. Very disappointing seeing as it costs $35.00.Day 1- Took my usual dose of 1 gram in the morning mixed in with peanut butter as I have always done in the past with the other brand. About a half hour later I had severe diarrhea, completely liquid stools for several hours, with bad stomach cramps and upset. I didn't contribute this to the resveratrol as I have taken it before with no reactions at all.Day-2 The next day I didn't take it, or any of my other supplements as I wanted to see how my bowels will be that day, which were back to normal.Day -3 Took my usual supplements along with the resvveratrol, and, again I had complete liquid stools within a half hour of taking and lasted several hours.Still, not thinking it could be the resveratrol. After going through everything in my head on what could be causing my issues, I came to the conclusion it has to be the resveratrol.Day-4 I only took only the resveratrol and no other supplements and that is when I learned that it is indeed the resveratrol causing the diarrhea and stomach upset. I had the same reactions as the prior days.Upon doing research to find out why this could be a result of taking resveratrol, I came across David Singlair talking about how to know if resveratrol is good or bad. David stated the color should be a pale white to gray color and no adverse reactions if it is good. If it is a tan to brown color (which this container is) and causes diarrhea then it is has gone bad. BINGO! There it is! The cause of my reaction. Since not taking the resveratrol I am completely fine now. It's beyond disappointing to spend that kind of money and have the product be bad. Sure, there is a third party testing certificate up on here, which is for Lot#210406, the batch I received is Lot# 22044. Which is very deceitful to the consumer because any batch after Lot#210406 can be anything. Like magnesium citrate or the like because I sure did experience a colon flush as if it is some kind of a citrate or worse yet, drywall dust. A reputable company tests ALL batches! This proves paying a lot does not always warrant a product to be good. Do research, read reviews from many other platforms outside Amazon and always stick with one brand. A lesson I have learned. If the batch numbers don't match from the third party testing certificate that could be a red flag.
